Call Bullet

Connect call tracking to your CRM

Every call becomes a CRM activity with who rang, when, whether it was answered and which ad or page brought them.

Sync pattern

  1. Create a read-only key scoped to the client workspace.
  2. Every 5 minutes call /calls?updated_since=<last sync> (or use the call.completed webhook).
  3. Match from_number to contact phone numbers in +44 format.
  4. Log an activity: started_at, duration_seconds, answered, source, campaign, listen_url.
  5. answered=false → create a call-back task.

Example

GET https://callbullet.com/api/public/v1/workspaces/WORKSPACE_ID/calls?updated_since=2026-10-04T08:00:00Z&include=attribution&per_page=500
Authorization: Bearer $CALL_BULLET_API_KEY

Field mapping

  1. from_number → Contact phone
  2. started_at → Activity date (convert to Europe/London)
  3. answered / call_status → Outcome
  4. source, medium, campaign, keywords → Lead source fields
  5. value_pence / 100 → Deal value (£)

Avoid duplicates

Use the call id as the CRM external ID. Imported history carries origin=callrail_import and callrail_id; filter origin=call_bullet if your CRM already holds it.
