Call conversions in Google Ads, sent by rule and never double-counted.
Per client, using the current Google Data Manager API, with rule-based sending — for example only a lead marked qualified — and an event ID on every upload so a conversion is never counted twice. Submitted, accepted and error states are shown separately.
How it works
- Connect the client's Google Ads account.
- Choose the rule: answered calls over a set length, or leads marked qualified.
- Each matching call is uploaded with its click ID and a unique event ID.
What data it uses
- Ad click ID, call time and conversion value
- No call recordings or transcripts
Set it up
- 1Open the client and go to Integrations while that client is selected.
- 2Connect the client's Google Ads account when prompted.
- 3Choose which calls count as a conversion, e.g. answered calls over 60 seconds or leads marked qualified.
- 4Check the status: Submitted means sent, Accepted means Google counted it.
Questions
- Is a submitted conversion the same as a counted one?
- No. CallBullet shows Submitted and Accepted separately, so you never report a conversion Google didn't count.
