What you get
A receptionist that never lets the phone ring out.
Calls answered while you're busy
On a job, with a customer or under a bonnet. Your receptionist picks up so the caller isn't left ringing.
Cover outside opening hours
Evenings and weekends, when you choose. Callers get a helpful answer instead of voicemail.
Knows your business
Your hours, services and details. When it doesn't know, it says the team will confirm and takes a message.
Useful details, every call
Who called, what they need and how to reach them, in a short summary you can act on.
You stay in control
Edit what it knows, pick its voice and greeting, and choose where summaries go.

Questions
Good to know.
Do I need to sign up to try it?
No. Find your business and talk to your receptionist straight away. You only create an account if you want to keep it.
How does it know about my business?
It uses your public business listing, and your website if you give it one. After signup you can add anything else it should know.
Does trying it change my phone line?
No. The demo happens in your browser. Nothing changes until you choose a number and switch it on.
Can I keep my existing number?
Yes. You can forward your current number to your receptionist, or get a new Call Bullet number.
Will it book appointments or take orders?
It takes the details and passes them to you. It never tells a caller something is confirmed unless your setup can actually confirm it.
What does it cost?
You pay for what you use: numbers and receptionist minutes. See the pricing page for the sliding scale.
