Call Bullet

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 September 2026

1. Who we are

CallBullet is operated by AutoThink Group Ltd t/a Call Bullet ("CallBullet", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Moss Bridge House, Moss Bridge Road, Rochdale OL16 5EA, United Kingdom. We are reachable at info@creativemarketingltd.co.uk. We provide call tracking and conversation intelligence to marketing agencies and their clients.

For account and billing data we are the data controller. For call content, recordings and caller data inside a customer's workspace, the customer (the agency or its client) is the data controller and we act as their data processor.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, organisation details, business address and verification documents you provide for number registration.

Call data: caller and called numbers, date, time, duration, answered/missed status, routing, and — where the customer enables it — call recordings and transcripts.

Attribution data: when a customer's website runs our script or plugin, we collect the visitor's source (for example search, advert or social visit), pages viewed and a session identifier, so calls can be attributed to their origin.

Billing data: plan, invoices and payment status. Card details are handled by our payment provider; we never store full card numbers.

3. Why we use it and our legal bases (UK GDPR)

To provide the service (contract): forwarding calls, storing call records, attribution, reporting and billing.

To comply with legal obligations: number registration requirements, accounting and tax records.

Legitimate interests: securing the platform, preventing abuse, and improving the product using aggregated, non-identifying statistics.

Consent: where a website visitor's consent is required for tracking, the website owner is responsible for obtaining it; our script can be configured to respect a consent signal.

4. Cookies and the tracking script

Our website uses strictly necessary cookies for sign-in and security. The CallBullet tracking script on customer websites stores a first-party session identifier so repeat visits and calls can be linked to a source. It does not run advertising trackers and does not sell data.

Website owners can set window.CallBulletConsent = false to stop source details being sent.

5. Who we share data with

Telecommunications suppliers who provide numbers and carry calls (including number-registration checks required by UK regulation).

Payment processing, email delivery, hosting and AI transcription providers, each under contract and only as needed to run the service.

We never sell personal data. Agencies only see their own clients' workspaces; client users only see their own organisation.

6. Retention

Call records and recordings are kept for the retention period the customer configures, or until the workspace is deleted. Account and billing records are kept for as long as the account is active and afterwards as required by tax and company law. Verification documents are kept while numbers remain registered and as required by regulation.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your personal data, and to object to processing. Account holders can exercise most rights inside the app or by emailing info@creativemarketingltd.co.uk.

Callers whose calls were recorded by a CallBullet customer should contact that business first, as they control the recording; we will assist them in responding.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

8. Security and international transfers

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is controlled per workspace, and verification documents are private to account admins. Where suppliers process data outside the UK, we rely on adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

9. Changes

We may update this policy; material changes will be notified by email or in the app. Last updated: 29 September 2026.
