Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with Call Bullet, and how we protect recipients, customers and communications networks.

Last updated: 8 October 2026

1. Purpose

This policy protects recipients, customers, communications networks and Call Bullet. It applies to every user, workspace, number, message, call, AI agent, integration, API key and item of content used with the service.

2. Prohibited conduct

  • Fraud, phishing, scams, impersonation, deceptive caller identity, spoofing or hiding the true sender.
  • Harassment, threats, hate, exploitation, unlawful discrimination or content that facilitates harm.
  • Unsolicited bulk calls or messages, purchased contact lists, nuisance traffic, traffic pumping or activity designed to generate artificial fees or engagement.
  • Communications that breach consent, suppression, TPS, CTPS, PECR, UK GDPR, intellectual-property or consumer-protection obligations.
  • Malware, credential theft, security testing without written permission, unauthorised access or attempts to discover another customer’s data.
  • Bypassing credits, rate limits, verification, safety checks, sender review, spend controls, product limits or suspension.
  • Using the service for emergency services, high-risk life-safety systems or any use for which an outage could cause serious harm.
  • Reselling or sublicensing access unless our written agreement expressly permits it.

3. Content and AI

You must have rights to prompts, recordings, voices, contact data, scripts and other content you provide. Do not use AI features to deceive people, imitate a real person without authority, produce unlawful content or make unreviewed high-impact decisions about an individual.

4. Fair use and network protection

Use must remain consistent with the plan and ordinary business communications. We may apply reasonable technical limits to protect quality, security and other users. High-volume activity may require prior review, additional verification or a tailored agreement.

5. Enforcement and reporting

We may block content, pause traffic, restrict a key, suspend a number or account, preserve evidence and cooperate with lawful authorities where reasonably necessary. We consider severity, repetition, harm and the customer’s response. Report suspected abuse to info@callbullet.com with the relevant number, time and evidence.
