Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 September 2026
1. The service
CallBullet is a call tracking and conversation intelligence platform operated by AutoThink Group Ltd t/a Call Bullet ("CallBullet", "we", "us"), registered in England and Wales. Registered office: Moss Bridge House, Moss Bridge Road, Rochdale OL16 5EA, United Kingdom. It provides tracking phone numbers, call forwarding, call recording and transcription, source attribution, reporting and related tools for marketing agencies and their clients.
By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of an agency or business, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation.
2. Accounts and workspaces
You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.
Agencies are responsible for the client workspaces they create and for the people they invite. Client users may only access the workspaces they have been invited to.
3. Tracking numbers
Tracking numbers are provided through our telephony suppliers and remain their property. Numbers are allocated to your account while your subscription is active and may be reclaimed if you release them, if your subscription ends, or if required by regulation.
Some numbers require business verification before they can receive calls. You must provide accurate verification information and keep it up to date.
You must not use tracking numbers for unlawful, misleading or nuisance purposes, including spam calling or caller ID spoofing.
4. Call recording and your legal responsibilities
Call recording is optional and controlled by you. Where recording is enabled, you are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including informing callers that calls may be recorded where required.
You act as the data controller for call content and caller personal data in your workspaces. We act as your data processor. You must have a lawful basis for recording and processing calls and must honour caller rights requests.
5. Website tracking script and plugin
Our JavaScript snippet and WordPress plugin swap your configured business number for tracking numbers on your website and collect source information about visitors to attribute calls. You must only install them on websites you own or are authorised to modify.
You are responsible for disclosing this tracking in your own website privacy policy and for obtaining any consents required by law.
6. Plans, billing and usage
Paid plans are billed in advance by subscription. Plan allowances (numbers, minutes, clients) are shown on the pricing page and in the app. Usage beyond your allowance is charged at the rates shown on your plan.
You can cancel at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
7. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to access other customers' data, no interference with the platform, no reselling access without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other users.
8. Availability and support
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Call forwarding is engineered to keep working independently of the dashboard, but no telecommunications service can be guaranteed fault-free.
The service is not an emergency service and must not be relied upon for emergency calls.
9. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Attribution, transcription and AI-generated analysis are provided as decision-support information; you remain responsible for decisions made using them.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. On termination, tracking numbers are released and workspace data is deleted after a short retention period, except where we must keep records by law.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or in the app. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
