Complaints Code
A clear route for reporting a problem, getting evidence reviewed and escalating an unresolved complaint.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. Raise a complaint
Email info@callbullet.com with the subject ‘Complaint’. Include your name, organisation, affected workspace or number, what happened, relevant dates and the outcome you want. Do not send passwords, API keys or unnecessary sensitive information.
2. What happens next
We will acknowledge the complaint, identify an owner and investigate the available account, call, message, delivery, billing and support evidence. We aim to provide an initial response within five working days and a reasoned outcome within ten working days. Complex cases, dependencies on another communications network or missing evidence may take longer; we will explain material delays.
3. Urgent service faults
For an active call-routing or number fault, clearly mark the report urgent and provide one or more recent examples. We will prioritise service restoration separately from the complaint investigation. Never use email or Call Bullet for an emergency.
4. Escalation
If the first response does not resolve the complaint, reply and ask for a senior review, explaining what remains disputed. We will reassess the evidence and issue our final position. Rights to contact a regulator, data-protection authority, court or other eligible dispute-resolution route are not restricted by this process.
5. Privacy complaints
Privacy and data-rights concerns can also be sent to info@callbullet.com. You may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Where Call Bullet processes data for one of our customers, we may need to refer the request to that customer as controller.
