Subprocessor List
Transparency about the specialist supplier categories used to deliver Call Bullet.
Last updated: 8 October 2026
How to read this list
Call Bullet uses specialist suppliers to provide parts of the service. To avoid exposing security-sensitive architecture or implying that every supplier handles every customer record, this public list identifies the processing category, purpose and typical data involved. Contract customers can request the current named subprocessor schedule and relevant transfer information at info@callbullet.com.
Cloud hosting and database
Purpose: application hosting, databases, storage, authentication, backups and security. Data: account, workspace, communications, attribution, billing metadata and uploaded files needed for the service. Processing location can include the UK, EEA and other protected locations under the applicable contract and transfer mechanism.
Communications networks
Purpose: allocate numbers and transmit calls and SMS, including delivery and routing events. Data: phone numbers, message content, call and message metadata, routing details and registration evidence. Network operators may act independently where communications law requires it.
AI processing
Purpose: customer-requested speech recognition, text generation, voice generation, summaries and agent responses. Data: the recording, transcript, prompt and limited workspace context required for the selected task. Customers control whether these features are used.
Payments, email and notifications
Purpose: collect payments, issue transactional email and deliver device notifications. Data is limited to the contact, transaction or device details needed for that function. Full card data is handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Call Bullet.
Analytics and support
Purpose: understand service use, diagnose faults and respond to support requests. Data: technical events, account identifiers, browser information and the content a user chooses to send to support. Optional website analytics are subject to consent where required.
Changes
We review suppliers and may replace or add a provider. Material new subprocessors are notified as described in the Data Processing Addendum. This page is not a certification list and does not claim that every supplier processes all categories of data.
